Dr. Alexander Dydyk brings an exceptional breadth of training and expertise, with board certifications in Pain Medicine, Primary Care Sports Medicine, Family Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Arizona State University and completed his Master’s in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Dydyk served as Chief Resident during his residency at Abrazo Family Medicine and went on to complete fellowships in Primary Care Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine, further strengthening his comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care. In addition to his clinical accomplishments, Dr. Dydyk holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration (University of Massachusetts at Amherst) and the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) designation, reflecting his commitment to leadership and advancing the delivery of care. His clinical focus centers on restoring function, improving quality of life, and ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and actively involved in their treatment journey.
A Phoenix native, Dr. Dydyk spends his free time with his wife and children and maintains a strong connection to the local community. Outside of medicine, he enjoys strength training, cooking, reading - especially history and nonfiction - and writing about leadership and personal growth. He’s also a fan of the Phoenix Suns and his favorite movie is The Dark Knight.
One of his favorite quotes by Mark Twain reflects his thoughtful approach to both medicine and life: “It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.”
