Dr. Rafael Peralta is seeing patients at the following ASAP clinics:
Dr. Peralta earned his MD from Creighton University College of Medicine, a Master of Medical Science in Anatomy from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Peralta completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Westside/Northwest Regional Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience in high-acuity and procedural care.
His research and academic work include several projects in interventional pain procedures, and he is an active member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA) and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Dr. Peralta is also fluent in Spanish, which will be a great asset for our patients.
Dr. Peralta will be seeing patients at our Deer Valley, Biltmore, and Prescott Valley locations.
