
Dr. Mostafa Maita was raised in Chandler, AZ and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in microbiology before attending medical school at Midwestern University to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Maita went to the University of Texas in San Antonio for his residency where he was named a chief resident and received accolades as the Best Resident Scholar for Research, Best Resident in Acute Pain Management, and the Gold Humanism award. His fellowship for interventional pain at Mayo Clinic’s Scottsdale campus completed his medical training where he was honored with the Above and Beyond Award for Patient Care. Dr. Maita is board certified in anesthesia and pain medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Maita enjoys hiking, playing basketball, bodyweight training, and spending time with his family and friends. He has a special interest in nutrition, weight loss, and regenerative medicine.
