Dr. Grant Fankhauser is seeing patients at the following ASAP clinics:
Dr. Chaudhry brings extensive experience in general neurology, with expertise in traumatic brain injury
(TBI), post-concussive syndrome, epilepsy and seizure disorders, headache disorders, cerebrovascular
disease, and neurological diagnostic evaluation. She has provided comprehensive inpatient and
outpatient neurological care throughout her career, including more than a decade of practice in the
Chicago area.
Most recently, Dr. Chaudhry served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago,
where she taught and mentored medical students and residents. She completed her Neurology
Residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago and served
as Chief Resident during her final year of residency. Her clinical experience and background in medical
education will be valuable additions to our growing team.
At ASAP, Dr. Chaudhry will initially focus on caring for our Personal Injury (PI) patients at our Gilbert,
Deer Valley, and Avondale locations, expanding access to specialized neurological evaluation and
treatment for patients recovering from injuries.
